Motivated college students encouraged to apply for CPB’s summer internship program
HONOLULU, HI (Feb. 20, 2024) – Calling all ambitious and dynamic college students! Central Pacific Bank (CPB) is proud to announce the opening of its 2024 Summer Internship Program. The program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of banking and finance.

CPB Summer Intern Program Highlights:
- Paid internship: Participants will receive competitive compensation for their contributions.
- Immersive experience: Interns will be placed in rotations with various departments across the bank, gaining exposure to different areas of the business, while completing individual and team projects.
- Professional development opportunities: Interns will participate in development days with engaging workshops, fun team building activities, enlightening guest speakers, and “Coffee Talk” sessions.
- Dates: The program runs from June 6 to August 2, 2024.

- College students with a strong academic record and a desire to work in the business and finance market.
- Individuals with excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Candidates eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Application process:
- The application period is from February 14, 2024 through March 14, 2024.

- Applications will be carefully reviewed and finalists will be contacted for an interview.
- Ten students will be selected to the program.
