CPB announces branch leadership changes and new hire

HONOLULU, HI (Dec. 3, 2024) – Central Pacific Bank (CPB) today announced several leadership changes and a new hire to strengthen its branch network and enhance the bank’s reputation of providing exceptional customer service.

New Hire

CPB welcomes Larry Panzeri as the new Branch Manager of the Kihei Branch. With more than 20 years of management and sales experience, Panzeri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His leadership and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in driving the branch's success.

Panzeri has previously served as a branch manager at other financial institutions in Maui, New York, and Massachusetts. He is licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), is recognized by the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals (AFIP) and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) and Notary Public.

Leadership Changes

CPB will implement the following leadership changes to best align our leaders with market and community opportunities:

  • Melissa Ilutiza has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager II of the Kailua Branch.
  • Ryan Nishimura has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager II of the Pearlridge Branch.
  • Marife Yamamoto has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager II of the Mapunapuna Branch.
  • Grizel Nutter has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager II of the McCully Branch.
  • Matthew Nakamoto has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Kahala Branch.
