Central Pacific Bank Recognized by Newsweek and Forbes as Hawaii’s Best Small Bank

HONOLULU, HI | October 14, 2021 – Central Pacific Bank (CPB) was recognized by Newsweek as the best small bank in Hawaii in its annual ranking of America’s Best Banks, and by Forbes as one of the best banks in Hawaii in its annual review of America’s Best Banks in Each State.

Through a partnership with LendingTree, Newsweek evaluated over 2,500 financial institutions assessed on more than 30 separate factors including overall health of the bank, customer service performance and features, digital and branch presence, account and loan options, and interest rate offerings and fees. Forbes partnered with the market research firm Statista for their fourth annual list of Best Banks in Each State. They surveyed 25,000 customers in the U.S. for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships.
