COVID-19 Safe Banking Checklist
You have probably received many emails from businesses regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. CPB is committed to your needs and we want you to have practical information regarding how to bank safely, especially during these uncertain times.
We put together a checklist of banking services that are important during the COVID-19 crisis and we encourage you to take advantage of these options to ensure easy, uninterrupted access to your accounts.
Get set up for online and mobile banking Pay your bills, transfer funds, check your account balance and make deposits from home or from your mobile phone. It’s simple, safe and secure. If you’re not already using online banking, enroll now.
Use ATMs to get cash and make deposits Make deposits and get fast access to cash at a CPB ATM near you on Hawaii Island, Kauai, Maui or Oahu. For simple transactions, Drive-up Tellers are also available during branch hours at our Kailua, Kapolei and Hilo locations.
Set up Direct Deposit for easier access to your paycheck Eliminate the need to physically visit a branch to deposit your paycheck. Ask your employer to get you enrolled. Download pdf
Use your Debit Card instead of cashYour CPB debit card is a faster, easier way to pay for all of your purchases. It can be used anywhere Mastercard® is accepted.
We understand the effects of COVID-19 can leave customers facing new and unforeseen challenges. If you have been impacted, please contact your CPB branch or call us at 808-544-0500 or 800-342-8422 for assistance.
Our branches are operating during normal business hours. Rest assured that we will take responsible action guided by the CDC and other experts to do what is right for our customers and employees. If you need to visit a branch, we ask that you take the following precautions:
- Be prepared to wait for entry into the branch as only five customers will be allowed in at one time.
- Stand at least six feet away from the customer ahead of you.
- If you are wearing a mask, you may be asked to lower it momentarily for identification purposes.
We are evaluating our operations daily. For updates, such as the status of your branch, visit cpb.bank/COVID-19.
We wish you, your family and friends the very best as we navigate through this time together.
