Skip the lines because making an ATM deposit is easier than ever. There’s no need for deposit slips or envelopes. Plus, you’ll get same-day credit on ATM deposits made by 5:30 pm on business days.
- Insert your card to begin
- Select your language (if prompted)
- Enter your PIN
- Select Deposit
- Select account type (Checking or Savings)
- Select your receipt option (if prompted)
- Prepare your check(s) and cash
- Insert Cash and/or checks without an envelope (up to 30 items)
- Confirm your deposit amount
- Take your receipt
All Central Pacific Bank ATMs have voice-instruction capability as well as earphone jacks for privacy. By using a headset plugged into the audio jack on the ATM, instructions are available on how to withdraw cash, make deposits, make transfers to linked accounts, obtain account balances, and make PIN changes. Our ATMs meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) maximum height and reach requirements.
English and Japanese are the two language options currently available for online and mobile banking platforms. Our ATM's allow customers to select their language preference. The current language options for our ATMs are English, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese.
TIPS ON PROTECTING YOUR ACCOUNT, CARD AND PIN
- Never disclose information about your card or bank account over the telephone, email, or online.
- Take precautions to keep your PIN a secret and away from your card and other confidential banking information.
- Verify transactions on your online banking account, mobile banking app, or account statement.
- Take precautions when disposing of receipts.
- Metal and magnetic materials could damage the magnetic stripe on your card.
